Where We’re At
Our country is full of beautiful landscapes and peaceful communities and we are lucky enough to live and work in the Great Northwest near Seattle, Washington. And if you've heard about the wet weather in this corner of the United States, you'll understand why this is such a hotbed for quilters.

A Little Art History
In 1978, Becky Stefanoff and Lori Wardian, met in their first College Art Class. They soon bonded and became starving roommates - furnishing their apartment with 2 kittens, a corduroy bean-bag sofa and other garage sale finds. Since receiving degrees in Graphic Design and Illustration, they each took a different turn in the art world. Lori has worked in the design field for over 20 years, building a national award winning business in her Seattle Studio and working for several design agencies. Becky caught the quilting bug. She has been designing quilt patterns and teaching workshops in the Seattle-Tacoma area for years. They teamed up and married their talents, designing a new line of fabric for Fabric-quilt and starting a pattern business together.

Finding A Balance?
Becky and Lori are both active with their families, church and community life. They look forward to many more happy years of creative synergy with a healthy balance of cats, husbands, kid-carpooling volunteering, designing, conventions, meetings, housework, yardwork, exercise, meal-making, paperwork and doing what they love most....designing, quilting, Bon Bons and TV.
